A Pinkie Day Christmas!

Well, it is finally here....the day before Christmas Eve AND Pinkie Day at the same time.  We are so excited to have Daddy home for a whole week.  Emmett and Carmen made videos for today's post.  As promised last week, they each explain the Pinkie Day signs they made and they wish you a Merry Christmas (forgive the background noise please, as we are still working on the best place to record the videos).

It has been a long week since we didn't have Daddy home on the usual Pinkie Day, which is Friday.  He was on call this weekend and had to stay in Richmond until today.  The children have been so patient and so good during this busy and exciting time!  We have been baking, wrapping, playing, finishing school up before break and preparing for our trip to Tennessee this week to see family.

In fact, as of the time of this post, we are still waiting for Daddy to arrive.  Unfortunately, he had car trouble and is still held up with that in Richmond.
